Spreading Fertiliser
Spreading fertilisers with conventional methods can be costly and imprecise, leading to uneven distribution and wasted resources. Drones enable targeted spreading, which helps optimise soil conditions by applying nutrients exactly where they’re needed, improving crop growth and yield. By using drones for spreading, farmers can avoid compacting the soil, which helps retain soil structure and fertility over time. This approach also reduces the time and labour required for nutrient application, leading to lower operational costs.

Cover Crop Seeding
Maintaining soil health is essential for sustainable agriculture, but traditional seeding methods with heavy machinery can lead to soil compaction and disruption. Drones offer a ground-free approach to sowing cover crops, such as green manure, directly into fields without any soil contact. This technique preserves soil structure and enhances long-term fertility by reducing erosion and compaction. Drone seeding enables rapid, precise coverage of large areas, making it a faster, cost-effective solution for establishing cover crops. This method not only saves time and reduces labour costs but also ensures accurate seed placement, promoting better crop establishment and ultimately supporting healthier, more resilient soil.

Forest Conservation
Maintaining the health of forest ecosystems and monitoring wildlife populations can be labour-intensive and time-consuming. Drones provide real-time aerial insights into forest health and wildlife movements, saving foresters time. They can also support reforestation efforts by planting seeds in targeted areas, helping to restore ecosystems more effectively.

Greenhouse Shading
Greenhouse shading is often a challenging, time-consuming, and sometimes hazardous task that many contractors prefer to avoid. Drones offer a safer, faster solution by applying shading from above, ensuring even, efficient, and rapid coverage. By maintaining optimal light levels, drones help prevent overheating and plant stress, creating ideal growth conditions that lead to healthier plants and increased yield. Additionally, drones can assist with greenhouse cleaning, removing dust and debris that block sunlight. This approach saves time, reduces costs, and enhances safety, all whilst supporting maximum productivity and crop quality.

Solar Cleaning
A buildup of dirt, dust, and debris on solar panels blocks sunlight, reducing the amount of energy that reaches the charging cells and, in turn, lowering overall efficiency. Even a thin layer of grime can diminish a panel’s energy output significantly over time. By using drones for routine cleaning, you can maximise sunlight absorption and optimise energy generation. This drone-assisted approach eliminates the need for labour-intensive manual cleaning, reducing costs and improving safety by eliminating the need for workers to access hard-to-reach panels. With clean, unobstructed panels, energy production remains consistent and efficient, ultimately extending the lifespan of the panels and maximising their return on investment.

Spraying Pesticides
Traditional spraying methods using heavy machinery can lead to over-application, product wastage, and uneven coverage. Additionally, navigating large machinery over wet or uneven terrain can damage crops and compact soil, impacting long-term soil health. Drones offer a precise alternative, spraying only the required amount of pesticides to targeted areas. This accuracy minimises waste, reduces chemical runoff, and lowers emissions. Drones can easily access areas that might be unreachable or impractical for ground equipment, resulting in efficient and even spraying that boosts crop health without the downsides of heavy machinery. Please note this service is currently pending approval and will be available soon.

Golf Course Maintenance
Maintaining a pristine golf course requires continuous monitoring and upkeep, from managing turf health to addressing pest issues – tasks that can quickly add up in both time and cost. Drones simplify golf course maintenance by providing aerial assessments that pinpoint areas needing attention, eliminating the need for time-consuming manual ground checks. Drones can then apply fertiliser, seed or pesticides exactly where needed, saving time, minimising chemical use and ensuring a well-maintained course.
